Where are you getting money you spend daily?

If you ask people here "how to make money online", the response is always affiliate marketing, freelancing, survey....

But in reality, you will rarely see anyone making money in those way at all(maybe 1 in 100 people is making something).

All the industry is oversaturated, AI taking over most freelancing gig.

Real opportunity has become rare,



All ways of making money online fall under this 3 categories
1. Selling of products or service
2. Financial markets trading or investing
3. Content creation.


Unless you have millions of social media followers, selling and content creation is not a way to make anything significant
Note:- 80% lose or breakeven on paid ads, spamming hardly work, where are you people getting enough traffic to get any conversion from?.


You people always say "learn a skill"
Learning skill is minor part of the process, getting client is the hardest, thousands of people that have the skill you advise us to learn are in survival mode due to oversaturation in the whole industry.

I've tried several side hustle, nothing work.
Or is there anything I'm missing out.

Kindly show us the way.

Have you tried doing either 1, or 2 (since they can be implemented with little cash up front) for an extended period? Or you one of these people that trying something once and for 5 minutes, is enough to test a niche, and decide on your future. The future belongs to the bold. The bold, are the ones, working.

You can work on 1 or 3, and spend some of your profit on 2. That's traditionally how business have existed.

You'll find things work for you when you have a USP, and you can do something different and better than the competition in the marketplace around you.

Most of those micro work/task, survey....pay penny, not scalable, they're basically waste of time for anyone that wants to go far in life financially. I would be glad you share greater ways or idea if you have, or anyway that has worked from your experience, thanks

I've been into financial markets for almost 10 years, everything is going well there, but there's a lot of up and down in financial markets, I can't rely on financial markets alone.

I have other reasons why I strongly need side hustle, with stable, scalable... income

I'm also affiliate of loan providers, that give loan to American,
I promoted my affiliate link alongside short valuable post in reply to people asking for loan in American discord groups.
Most groups don't allow promotion, and remove post immediately.
I've busted over 50groups over and over again with 20 Discord account, for several weeks, I only got 90 clicks, no conversion.


There's several layers of issues in opening telegram accounts, telegram has become extremely strict recently, hence not a way.

Facebook don't allow posting into group on new account, warming up take months and stress, the delay is unacceptable. Even after passing through warming up, there's still several layers of issues in promoting in Facebook groups(especially large scale as required)

Email marketing, there's legal risk of $50k fine according to can spam, against spammer
There's also several layers of issues in email marketing way.



Feel free to share if you have great suggestions.

If you really want to make money online you should create a real brand that provides a product that can be sold over and over again.

Join CPA networks and find products that are allowed to be promoted via paid ads.

Or you can learn about arbitrage.

Creating and growing brand take years
I like a quicker way with potential of significant income short term.

My research shows that 80% of marketers running paid ads net loss or breakeven. I've seen people that spent thousands of dollars on paid ads without conversion. Hence, I don't see any potential in paid ads.

Arbitrage is often like risking $1000 chasing $1.

Your research sucks tbh. I run paid ads daily. Currently grossing $37k per month with a one man operation.

Creating a new brand takes days. A brand, a website, and a trust pilot with fake reviews is more than enough.

You seem very confident in your “research” but you’re up here begging to be spoon fed. Seems legit. Just wasting peoples time imo

The data might not be absolute but reality is around 80% net loss or breakeven, paid ads are very expensive, you could easily spend a lot and getting no conversion afterwards.

Most job here in Nigeria is just to stay in survival mode, not to make any progress in life,
Online ways seems to have far better opportunities. Just that everything seems oversaturated already.

The data is not even close to accurate.

I've been around the block once or twice, know a lot of people who do that, including myself, and if you are not converting, the issue is not the platform but the person marketing improperly.

It does take a little research, and a bit of work to target properly, but it's extremely effective.

Spend some time learning that even if you are not going down that path because a well rounded business person make more money than one who is set on one vertical.

Here is what google shows me about high paying jobs with their salaries :


Examples of High-Income Skills/Jobs (Monthly Averages/Ranges):
Petroleum Engineer: Up to ₦1.79M+ monthly (or ₦5.8M+ annually).
Surgeons/Doctors: Can earn ₦800k – ₦2.5M+ monthly depending on specialty.
Pilots: Around ₦1.5M+ monthly.
Full Stack Developers: ~₦727k+ monthly.
Data Scientists: ~₦401k+ monthly.
Project Managers: ~₦434k - ₦828k+ monthly.

You are true though that majority will do mediocre job because to reach to higher levels lot of consistent hard work is required which only few are ready to provide.

Nothing is new under the sun.
That bit about getting new clients, yeah that checks. Although if you have skills, you can partner up with someone who can handle negotiations and client comms.
Anyway, I'm lucky my trading portfolio allows me to pursue passion projects regardless of profit, but I'd rather not rest on my laurels. It's good to have a backup plan in case it suddenly goes up in flames.

Thanks for the suggestion, I would try to do deeper work on paid ads way.
But Facebook and Google ads seems expensive.
Seems like they charge over $1 per click,
If I see program that can pay me $1 per click (without restrictive terms), that would be great opportunity, I can hustle clicks out on social media.

I did share with you how to make money online. I did share with you how I make that money. My first suggestion is the best suggestions. Also do some affiliate marketing with other people’s products in my niche that compliment mine. They go together and we aren’t competing with each other. Just solving problems.

Create a legit brand with a valuable product that solves your customers problem they are having, that you can sell over and over again. That what I do.

CPA can be very profitable. You need to find the right high dollar offer with a high payout and target appropriately. META ads can be very profitable. There’s lots of ways to reduce adspend. You need to learn it. I am taking my time away from building in custom functionally into an email sending software (listmonk) to help you get a better perspective. That’s got to be worth something. If you’re motivated you’ll figure it out.

I don’t have an instant solution to give you for free right now that will instantly make you a thousand dollars a day. I am an expert in my niche. It’s the only niche I am an expert in. I make plenty of money because I have studied people’s methods here. I’ve bought people’s methods here. And I slap my spin on them sometimes even combining them. After a while I identified areas that could be improved based on testing results via different types of analytics data, and came up with my own methods. That’s where it all came together. I didn’t always make much money. But I didn’t quit. I tested and tested until I hit the jackpot. And I’m not done yet. I know for a fact I can make even more money in the same exact niche.

You can do it on your own like I did. Just don’t quit. You’ll figure it out.

Here in Nigeria, even if you have all qualifications, have decades of experience, chances of getting those kinda high paying job are extremely low, because of high competition and corruption. Average salary here is 150k-200k Nigerian naira, just enough to put you in survival mode.

Money online today comes from owning distribution (audience, lists, access) or solving a painful, specific problem for a small niche, not from generic skills, ads, or crowded platforms.
