Day 57: A Strange Mix of Tired and Motivated

Today honestly felt like a blend of “I could nap for a week” and “damn, this might actually become something big.”
One of those days where the work didn’t explode, but it also didn’t slow down. Just a steady hum in the background.

Numbers
• Revenue: $451
• New subs: 36
• TikTok: One account is clearly heating up again
• Instagram: strong DMs today — more than usual, actually

Not my highest day, but definitely not a down day. Solid.

⚙️ The Workload Reality Kicked In
I felt the weight of managing four models today.
Not in a dramatic way… just in that quiet “oh wow, this is a lot” type of way.
Chats, scheduling, posting, planning, analytics — it adds up.

The good part?
Nothing feels out of control.
Just… heavy.

AI Saved Me Again
I made a tiny improvement, but it had a big effect:
The AI now “labels” incoming messages (curious, bored, horny, angry, VIP, etc.).
That one change helped me prioritize who to reply to first, and it kept the chats feeling personal.

Also tested a new upsell phrasing — early signs look promising.

TikTok Strategy Shift
I changed how I edit the short clips.
Less flashy trends, more personality-driven posts.

The result:
Model #2 gained 800 new followers today from one simple, low-effort clip.
It’s always the ones you don’t expect.

A Small Problem
One of the TikTok accounts keeps getting 0–100 views — it’s not a full shadowban yet, but it’s close.
I’ll give it 1–2 more posts.
If it doesn’t recover, I’ll officially bury it and start fresh.

Personal Note
I’ve realized something important:
When revenue rises, expectations rise with it.
And when expectations rise, it’s easy to forget I’m still one person figuring this out on the fly.

But even on the slower days, the system keeps me moving forward.
That’s the nice part — it’s not a roller coaster anymore. It’s becoming a rhythm.

I’ve been grinding so hard on content, editing, funnel tweaks, AI training, and honestly barely seeing more than “steady but normal” growth.

And then today happened.

The Reel That Finally Took Off

Model #4 had a reel sitting at ~8k views for 12 hours — nothing special.
Then out of nowhere, IG pushes it to Explore and it skyrockets:

• 8k → 40k → 90k → 220k views by evening
• 1,4k likes
• Comments nonstop
• Profile visits went crazy

And the wild part?

It wasn’t even her best content — just a clean, bright video with strong eye contact and a trending audio.
No heavy editing, no crazy hook.

Just right video, right audio, right timing.

Organic IG is the most unpredictable relationship I’ve ever been in.

The Results (This Part Still Doesn’t Feel Real)

From THAT one reel alone:

• 162 new IG followers
• 73 DM conversations started
• 41 link clicks
• 17 new subs
• 3 big spenders (one guy already dropped $45 in the first 20 minutes)

Then TikTok decided to join the party — one of Model #3’s videos got pushed after being stuck at 0 views for 24 hours.
Nothing insane but 15k views in a couple hours = a TON of profile visits.

Second-highest day of the entire journey.

Why It Hit (My Theory)

The last 2 weeks I’ve been:

✔ Testing shorter, faster-paced reels (3–5 seconds)
✔ Making more POV-style content
✔ Adding micro-movements so it doesn’t feel static
✔ Posting manually, not scheduling
✔ Using IG’s built-in editor more often
✔ Posting at peak US hours

I think IG is rewarding my consistency + lower spam score + better content “behavior.”

Plus the big one:
I warmed the account for 20 minutes before posting (scrolling, liking, commenting).
It ALWAYS helps.

AI Was Critical Today

I literally could not answer DMs fast enough.

AI handled:

• 80% of first replies
• Every flirty opener
• All low-ticket chats
• Tagging high-value fans for me
• Adding notes like “likes GF experience,” “prefers voice notes,” etc.

I still close the big spenders manually, but damn…
Without AI, I would’ve missed half of today’s opportunities.

The “Oh Sh*t” Part

With all the traffic hitting at once, I realized something:

My current funnel is NOT built for days where things blow up.

• Too many DMs at once
• My manual posting strategy won’t scale
• My content buffer is too small
• Models can’t produce content fast enough for these spikes
• My AI needs better routing for high-value fans during peak hours

This is a good problem…
But still a problem.

Tomorrow’s mission is fixing the bottlenecks.

Takeaway

Not luck.

Attempted OS models locally like Wan2.2 to see if I could try out some mass generations so I can pick what I like, but damn, my 3060 is in tears with a single generation! Still, good to try out possibilities before spending on the mentioned services. Checked out an example model face+current random viral video=model face on viral vid, while it does seem 'real' but might flag some social algos for AI & prolly violate rules for non disclosure. Your pic to vid approach is the best for sure. Will continue testing & let you know if I come across more theories. Would love to connect & compare approaches some day.

Thanks, really appreciate that! And yeah, I’ve been down the exact same rabbit hole, tried running local models (WAN, SVD, FaceFusion builds, etc.) just to see if I could pump out mass generations… but unless you’ve got a 4090 farm, it’s pain. A 3060 trying to run video models is basically a space heater
Cloud tools cost more, but honestly the time saved + quality + zero GPU headaches make it worth it.

And you’re totally right about the “viral video replace face” approach, it looks incredible, but IG/TikTok are getting way better at detecting AI manipulation. Plus, the ethics/ToS side gets sketchy fast if you’re using someone else’s video as a base. That’s why I stick to:

photo → motion → light gestures → short-form edit
Not fully synthetic, not deepfake, but still eye-catching and safe.
Socials push it way more consistently too.

Honestly, I ended up building something super homemade because none of the “all-in-one” tools really fit what I needed for OFM.


Right now I’m using a Google Sheets + small script setup that basically pulls numbers from each account and drops them into a single dashboard. Nothing fancy, just a lightweight script that checks things like:
  • IG reels views
  • TT views
  • follower changes
  • OF subs + revenue
  • Reddit post performance (upvotes/traffic estimates)
Then it auto-generates a simple weekly report I can send to each model. It’s not pretty, but it works, and I like that I’m not relying on a third-party tool that might break or get blocked.
Long-term I might build a proper dashboard once I’m done firefighting daily tasks, but for now the DIY setup is surprisingly solid, and the models actually appreciate getting a clean report without the “corporate dashboard” look.

I am using Metricool and was able to add FB, IG, and TT. The analytics are good, although you can see everything from the native apps on a weekly basis and generate reports from there.

What caught my attention about this tool is that you can post directly from there, which can save a lot of time. For now, I'm posting everything manually, but there will come a point where I want to delegate, and I wouldn't want to give a VA full access to an account.

My only concern is that using one of these scheduling tools could kill views or engagement.

What processes have you automated on n8n? I've heard it's a cool thing, but I haven't tried it yet. It could probably be very useful. What would you recommend automating on Reddit? How many Reddit accounts do you manage per model, how many posts do you make per day, and how many Reddit, Instagram, and TikTok accounts do you have on one phone? Regarding the spoof photos on Reddit, do you use any particular service for that?

Yeah, I get you, scheduling tools are super tempting because of how much time they save, but IG and TikTok are weird about third-party posting. In my experience, anything that isn’t posted through the actual app tends to get slightly worse reach, especially on fresh accounts.

That’s the only reason I haven’t fully switched to Metricool or Later yet. They’re great for organization, but the algo definitely treats app-posted content better.

Right now I do a hybrid:
  • Big/important reels → posted manually (best reach)
  • Filler content / non-viral experiments → scheduled through a tool
  • VAs only get access to the scheduler, not the actual accounts
That way I don’t risk giving them login access, but I also don’t sacrifice reach on posts that actually matter.
So yeah, I don’t think Metricool is “bad”, you just have to be strategic about which posts you automate vs. which ones you publish by hand.

Yeah man, n8n is one of those things I didn’t take seriously at first, but once I set up a couple workflows, it low-key became a lifesaver. I don’t automate anything risky on socials, but I use it to kill the annoying tasks nobody wants to do manually.

What I actually automated in n8n:
  • content sorting (when a model sends me a big dump of pics/vids, it automatically renames + organizes them into folders)
  • weekly little analytics summaries so I’m not checking 500 apps
  • formatting post captions for different platforms
  • reminders for stuff like “post X at peak time” or “follow up with warm fans”
  • saving Reddit content templates so posting is faster
It’s nothing crazy, but it cuts out the repetitive brain-dead stuff.
Reddit automation, super light:
Reddit is fragile as hell, so I don’t automate posting. I only automate things around it, like:

  • caption templates
  • randomizing image versions (crops, slight color tweak)
  • sub-tracking (so I don’t double-post in the same subreddit too fast)
Actual posting is manual, way safer that way.

Account setup per model (roughly):
  • Reddit: 2–3 accounts
  • Instagram: 1 main + 1 backup
  • TikTok: 1–2 (because bans happen no matter what)
Daily posting:
  • Reddit: 20–40 combined across accounts (depends on the model + content)
  • IG: 1–2 reels
  • TikTok: 1–2 videos
  • OF: 2–4 posts + stories/DM promo
How many accounts per phone?
I try to keep it clean, max 2 socials per phone.
Too many accounts on one device = instant shadowban city.

Spoof photos on Reddit:
I don’t use a special paid service or anything. I just run the pics through:
AI upscaler
  • light color shift
  • crop
  • slight compression change

Basically just enough that Reddit can’t match them to anywhere else.
 
Day 60 — Two Months In, and Everything Feels Different

Sixty days. Honestly, it doesn’t feel real. When I started this thread I was literally fumbling around with 1 model, posting random reels, and manually replying to every chat like a madman. Now things feel… organized. Not perfect, not smooth, but definitely moving forward in a way I didn’t expect.

Revenue Today
$642 total — a bit lower than last week’s peak days, but still one of those “I never thought I’d see this daily number” moments.
High spender from Model #1 came back again with a $120 tip which definitely saved the dip.

Traffic Highlights

TikTok for Model #3 went semi-viral again (not crazy viral, but enough to push ~400 profile visits)

Reddit was quieter — weekends are weird, sometimes they hit hard, sometimes dead

Instagram reels are stable now that the content is more consistent

Funny enough, the IG reel that did best today was a simple behind-the-scenes shot. No trending audio, no fancy edit. Just raw, personality-driven content. That’s a good reminder that the “simple stuff” still works.

Team Update
Chatter is picking up speed and starting to get used to the model voices. I still jump in for high-ticket chats, but she handled most of the day and the conversions didn’t drop. That’s a huge relief.

AI is doing like 60% of the heavy lifting in terms of drafting replies, but a human still adds the final seasoning so nothing feels robotic. Good balance.

Lessons Today
There’s this weird phase in every journey where the workload gets bigger and bigger, and you feel like you’re drowning — but then suddenly you look around and realize things are actually working. You’re not drowning. You’re just busy because you’re actually doing something real.

That’s how Day 60 feels.

Tomorrow’s Goals

Test a new TikTok style for Model #4

Give chatter a bit more responsibility

Start planning the first bigger ad test for fan acquisition

Push a small Reddit burst to try to spark traction

Review KPIs for the week more seriously

Two months in… feels like I’m only warming up.

Haha I appreciate the support, but nah, no course, no paid group, nothing like that. I still feel like I’m figuring things out myself every day.
If I ever put something together, it would be free and probably just a big Google Doc with everything I learned (including all the screw-ups). For now I’d rather just keep updating the thread and sharing what’s working in real time.

But seriously, thanks, means a lot.
 
Day 61 — A Calm Day… With One Big Realization

Today wasn’t explosive. No viral TikTok, no huge whale dropping $300.
But weirdly, it was one of those days where everything just… flowed.

And honestly, those days matter way more than the dramatic ones.

Revenue Today
$588 — super steady.
No crazy tips, just a constant stream of renewals + mid-tier spenders.

Feels like the system is doing the heavy lifting now, not me sprinting everywhere.

Traffic Check-In

Instagram: stable, reels landed around the usual 8k–12k views

Reddit: one post hit 200+ upvotes which gave a nice bump

TikTok: nothing viral today but Model #3 still pulled new subs from her previous video

So overall, nothing insane, but traffic is predictable — and predictable is honestly such a relief after the rollercoasters earlier.

Models Update
Model #1: consistent as always
Model #2: sent me a big content dump (finally!) so tomorrow will be heavy on posting
Model #3: chatty today, which boosted her OF messages a lot
Model #4: still warming up but showing good engagement signs

The big realization today:
Consistency actually beats “talent” with models.
The ones who show up and send content regularly always win long-term.

Chatter Update
She handled around 70% of the chats today — and conversions were better than when I jump in.
I think she’s starting to really lock into each model’s personality.

I cleaned up the AI prompts a bit to make everything even smoother. Just removing a few repetitive phrases made the replies feel way more natural.

Operations Work Today

Updated content calendars for all models

Cleaned the OF feeds (old pay-per-views, expired posts, etc.)

Prepped 6 reels using the new pic-to-vid flow — looks clean

Organized the Reddit sub rotation for next week

Reworked KPIs so I can track things without drowning in data

Nothing glamorous… just actual “business work.”

Little Win of the Day
Found out one of the mid-spenders from last week renewed for 3 months.
Not huge money, but it shows the churn rate is improving — which is a big deal.

Lesson of the Day
Today taught me something simple but important:

It’s not the viral days that build the business.
It’s the boring ones where you keep the machine running, even if it’s not exciting.

Tomorrow’s Plan

Push Model #2’s new content live

Try a new TikTok style with quick cuts and motion tracking

Add a couple more n8n micro-automations

Review chatter performance and give feedback

Maybe test a tiny $5 Meta ad just for fun

Day 61 wasn’t loud, but it felt… healthy.

Sometimes that’s even better.
 
Also, I created a custom GPT to help me chat, but I can't share with anyone (my partner) so he can use it as well.

It says it has sexual content so it can't be shared. How did you solved this?
 
hey shijin, really cool journey! Nice to see things are going well! I have a few questions that could be helpful for everyone if you dont mind:

1) How do you share your profits with your models?
2) Did you just simply DM'ed models offering work from a brand new ig account?
3) You mentioned you ran ads to get leads for models? Any specific channels? How does your ads looks like (not exactly, just what seemed to wrok best)?
4) Do you run ads to get clients (OF consumers) or to find models? Didn't quite catch that
5) As I understood, you are using OF platform? Did you register it using models KYC documents?

Bonus question:

If you were to start again from beginning, how would you change your approach in such journey?

I understand that there are no shortcuts, especially in organic traffic, but maybe you could share few tips n tricks that were not mentioned yet?
