Hi everyone,

I'm a simple guy who works in marketing.

All my life I've had to fend for myself, never asking anyone for help. Now, however, I'm making an exception and would like to ask you, because some of you at BHW are professionals, and a student always wants to have an authority figure and mentor.

I want to start my own OFM agency, and I've already taken the first steps in this direction.

I'm gaining knowledge from various sources, but I need someone experienced to guide me a little.

I already have an agency website, a consistent visual identity, and reserved names on social media.

Until recently, I was working with AI models, but without any official agency, only on Instagram, and from there I redirected to Telegram. I made some money, but it wasn't a lot, and it wasn't a steady income, which is what I would like to achieve.

I would like to focus on traffic: IG, X, Reddit -> subreddit, Tumblr, Fetlife (maybe there are other interesting places, but I haven't found them yet).

I'm starting to explore my knowledge of software: AdsPower, Airtable, Cupid AI Bot.

I would also like to explore full automation (creating accounts on the above-mentioned platforms and warming them up), proxies, and VPS. I don't care about the ethics of the platforms.

I am considering hiring VAs from countries where the wage is $2/hour, but I'm not sure what exactly I can use them for, how to teach them, how to explain everything to them.

In short, I would like to learn about:

- OFM KNOW-HOW.
- Automation KNOW-HOW (which allows you to work with a large number of model accounts).
- I would like to learn about bots/scripts/programs/tools/AI for full automation so that I can focus solely on acquiring traffic.
- What does cooperation with VAs look like and where to find them.
- Account farms and warm up (IG, X, Tumblr, Reddit, Fetlife) – what software to use, how to set them up, how to manage them, what proxies to use.
- How to operate on the above-mentioned platforms in order to redirect traffic from them to OF.
- Schemes for generating traffic from platforms.
- Contacts for providers of internship accounts on platforms.
- Contacts for proxies/software/vps.
- Chat agency (what and how).
- How to look for models.
- What types of contracts to use (50/50% or weekly payment for the model (flat rate) but 100% for the agency, NDA).
- In the case of a contract with weekly payment for the model, how to sign a contract to take over her Skrill account, which must be linked to the OnlyFans platform and derivatives (Fansly, Mym, etc.).
- How to scale models later.

I am not picky; any knowledge related to OFM, in any field, will be useful to me. I will be grateful for any guidance that points me in the right direction.

I would like to thank everyone in advance who contributed to the development of my topic and broadened my knowledge.

Gonna reply to this as I was once in the situation you are in aswell,

Roadmap: Just follow this and you will succeed.
Consume a load of YT content, I felt that "RenatoOFM" did a good job at explaining everything – but remember, everyone is biased and OFM is a very wide niche with different opinions on everything. This guy does not like Reddit, nor do I particularly. The point is to get an insight to SOUND like you know everything about the business, that will be enough.

The method I have done (successfully I might add) is I reach out to semi famous influencers who do OFM already in my own country. Offer them a 50/50 split (that is terrible for you as an agency but it will jumpstart you). The point with influencers is that you do no marketing at all, you order them to post stories on IG or specific content you believe will be successful and leverage their platform.

Then find 3 chatters who work 3 different shifts give them 20% commission, and boom – you are now an agency owner.

Now offer the influencer 10% of the earnings for anyone they recruit to your agency as a model, this lead to about 7 new influencer clients in no time at all.

Once you have a brand, start offering newer models less % and begin phasing out old models (they are spent).

This worked for ME. Others will claim its bad, others will claim it is alright, I will claim its the best way. Welcome to OFM, everyone has an opinion, this one is mine.

Enjoy.

How older you? if you are bigger than 27 dont think of it.
if you are younger its good, if you are from usa. great!
its split to vibe.
marekting guy.
chatter vibe.

pro tip:
if you are not good with women, its problem.

last tip:
vary hard, and shady field,

I’m on the same path. I already tried OFM, I even set up a model from a marketplace, but those marketplace models are not really committed. The project died pretty fast. Another reason was the new Instagram policy — account farms are getting wiped out.
The new strategy is to find a girl on IG, either with a US audience or strictly focused on my country, and then post viral content plus learn, learn, learn new things.

It would be great to build a community where new players actually share information, because usually everyone works alone and there are very few people who help for free at the early stages.

The idea that if you’re over 27 you’re too old for this business is complete nonsense. Same with the idea that you have to be a great chatter — good chatters are something you hire, not something you must be yourself.

if you are on a budget - go on TG groups, absorb the info and take action asap
if you have some $ to spend - find someone who has experience in this field and can answer all your questions

Hi guys, thanks for the kind words. I realize that I have a long way to go, but I'm slowly getting better. As it happens, I think I've struck gold. I found a group of 10 female friends from an Asian country who have enormous potential. They all want to start working with me, which gives me the opportunity to collaborate between my own models, because they live close to each other. For now, I'm putting together the setup and will start working soon :)

As for the idea of creating a community of people who are also starting out and want to deepen their knowledge and share it with each other - it's a very good idea!

I also have a dilemma. I want to start creating a bunch of accounts on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and Reddit. I don't know what numbers to use to verify these accounts so that in the future, if verification pops up on one of the accounts, I can just verify it (something like renewing the number). It is clear that “mother” accounts should be set up with stable numbers (rent or sim), but “alt” accounts can probably use lower-quality numbers? Can anyone recommend something? Maybe there is another solution? At first, I want to create accounts myself, but once I start earning money, I want to hire a VA and delegate this task to them.

I am also wondering about proxies for OFM activities. Is proxy-seller.com suitable for this? If it is a suitable proxy, which proxy should I choose for stable accounts and which proxy for mass accounts and their warming up? From what I know, residential static and mobile proxies work best. Am I right or am I wrong?

Thanks again to everyone who responded! ;)

Nahh dont fall into illusions of a lot of money, i would recommend work with them, a lot of them at the same time and hire/train va's to do your job and get paid for that, but dont take the risk itself, i have handled Reddit for 1y or so i quitted 5 months ago, and i can tell u i had more than 30 cliente, and like 25+ failed, only lost money on the long run

As for the additional accounts, I would simply use https://smspva.com/

first thing to keep in mind is OFM is not a one man job. It takes working hours from tens of professionals, especially in today's saturated market.
Your list is very ambitious.

Your short list includespointers that are their own skillsets on their own that require very specific skillsets. What you just want to learn is company's worth of knowledge. This wont end well.
As an example, I work for an OFM in partner relations and our company has marketing, sales, management, executives, content editing and so forth.

Do not try to do everything on your own. You must learn to trust others. Do what you are good at and then work with others on other parts. Get a partner, setup LLC or work with contractors. Do not try to attempt this alone.

OFM is most annoying business ever, welcome and hope u doing good :D
