I’m looking for a BH PPC Cloaking Expert

We're currently running BH PPC campaigns in the iGaming niche across a number of Tier 1 Geos. Our developer is currently leaving, so looking for a freelancer to handle Adspect cloaking setup for our campaigns. We already have a subscription with Adspect & we're looking to direct users to a local file vs 302 redirects. The team has over 15 years experience in BH PPC specifically in the iGaming niche but looking for an experienced dev to help out.

My requirements are; 3-5 years experience in running cloaking for Black/Grey PPC in the iGaming niche, Experience with Adspect.

My budget is Open to negotiation based on experience & skill set
