That'd be awesome if you could write an updated guide! As someone looking to get into this, your post in particular stood out to me. Love how honest and realistic you are haha. And if you are too busy to write another guide (totally understand), do you have any influencers/sources you could quickly recommend to learn about up-to-date tactics?

So ive been thinking about this for some time now. I have the models thats definitly not the problem but its the chatters. How and where would i find them and how to test their skills, how to control their access to the account and how to reach other languages.

Anyone have any tips for warm outreach. I go to a relatively large college. And I’m thinking like some girls here have to want to do of or do it now. However if I hit them up over Snapchat or something I just don’t want to come off across as a complete weirdo who does onlyfans. I’m not worried about like ruining my reputation but more like my image in a sense idk. Any tips would help.

Use telegram. And honestly pay them as low as you can but jkt too low and if you have to cycle in and out of them before you keep them do that. I went through multiple chatters. They will help if you pay them too don’t dodge that. But u won’t know how good they are without just hiring them. Ask them a couple questions ask to get some proof of previous chats then just try to hire them and if you need to fire just do that
 
You mentioned that creators should handle their own social media posting to avoid shadowban risks, but what if the creator isn’t consistent or lacks content ideas? How would you motivate them or step in without taking over completely?

Try and build some SOPs and make it more organized. Churn and burn can work but isn’t very scalable

This is only for beginners to start with.

Obviously, once you build some infrastructure and you have creators who need support then you can help ideate and execute on a content strat.

A lot has changed since this guide as well. The creator world changes fast

Are you managing to do a good job with her account and scaling it? If so - leverage her to be your business card and see if she can begin attracting referrals for you. Let it take time.

chatters are a problem also because they sometimes hijack models and start their own gig. happens all the time...

Thanks man. Lots has changed since this guide and the market is definitely quite different but I wanted to give a really simple breakdown for any beginner to follow.

Nothing beats consistent quality content.

If you’re looking for a traffic “hack” - be prepared to spend lots of time wasting time.

Get good at content creation as a base.

You can build out your own traffic sources TikTok lives and M/C after you have done that.
 
The emphasis on quality chatters and not over-promising is super important.
