Hey everyone,
I wanted to take a moment to share something I’ve been working on for quite some time—something that started as a personal frustration but is now shaping into a full-fledged solution. This is my journey of building my own payment gateway system and now expanding it into a WooCommerce plugin.
The Frustration That Started It All
If you’ve ever run a business that relies on online payments, you probably know how frustrating traditional payment gateways can be. High fees, delayed payouts, restricted access, and even sudden account bans—these are just some of the struggles I faced.
At one point, I found myself unable to receive my own money due to ridiculous restrictions from third-party processors. It was a complete nightmare, and I realized that I wasn’t alone—many business owners faced the same issue. That frustration planted the seed of an idea:
What if I could build my own payment processing system?
I knew it wouldn’t be easy, but I also knew that solving this problem would not only benefit me but potentially many others as well. And so, my journey began.
Here’s What I’ve Accomplished So Far:
The system functions like a simplified payment gateway, allowing transactions without the usual headaches of account restrictions or long payout delays.
However, while payment via link is useful, I quickly realized a limitation:
It’s not flexible enough for full eCommerce stores.
The payment link method is great for selling a single product at a fixed price, but it doesn’t work well for multi-product carts, subscriptions, or variable pricing. This limitation made me think about the next big step.
The Next Step: A WooCommerce Plugin
Since WooCommerce is one of the most widely used eCommerce platforms, I knew that integrating my system into a plugin would be the best way to make it more accessible and user-friendly. Instead of just generating payment links, the plugin will allow my system to:
This means i will no longer be limited to one product per payment link. I will be able to process payments for entire orders, just like any standard payment gateway.
The Vision Moving Forward
I’m currently in the process of developing and refining the plugin, and I’m excited to share this journey with you all. My goal is to give business owners more control over their payments, reducing dependency on traditional gateways that charge high fees and impose unnecessary restrictions.
I’d love to hear your feedback, ideas, or even challenges you’ve faced with payment gateways. Let’s create something that truly makes payments easier, more flexible, and more accessible for all!
Stay tuned for updates as I continue working on the plugin. Looking forward to sharing more soon!

I knew it wouldn’t be easy, but I also knew that solving this problem would not only benefit me but potentially many others as well. And so, my journey began.
Here’s What I’ve Accomplished So Far:
- Built a custom payment processing system that works independently of traditional gateways.
- Integrated bank (i can not reveal which bank) payment processing into the system, allowing transactions to go through seamlessly.
- Developed a secure API that handles payments efficiently.
- Enabled Visa/Mastercard payments without issues.
- Created a "Pay via Link" feature, allowing me to generate payment links for my products or services.
- Made the system work with my website, as long as the generated payment link is attached to a "Buy Now" button.

- Process payments like Stripe or PayPal, without the usual restrictions.
- Support multiple products in a shopping cart.
- Offer a seamless checkout experience, just like any other payment gateway.
- Work directly within WooCommerce, making integration effortless for store owners.
