Hello,

It is unfortunate that you've had this experience but this is unusual as we are constantly refreshing our pool. All IP addresses can get captchas on Google depending on your use-case and activity i.e if you are doing a high volume of activity and searches then you're likely to see captchas, particularly if your Google account is new or you aren't logged in. This is compounded if you use Datacenter proxies rather than Residential ISPs are generally they are easier to detect. Google also shows captchas based on other session details such as user agent and browser fingerprints.
