We offer refunds in the form of a balance return under the following conditions:

If the card is active and eligible for transactions, the remaining balance will be returned to your account within 3–7 business days.
If the card is blocked or frozen by the bank, the refund cannot be processed, as the funds are no longer accessible.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the issue.
We do not offer refunds for used or expired cards.
