I use https://www.deadlinkchecker.com/multisite.asp

It requires a login, but it's a free online tool, and it works with multiple sites.

if you mean multiple sites simultaneously you can have a couple or three instances of screaming frog opened at the same time and as long as the website isnt more than 500 urls, you can use it for free
