Yo guys thanks for the support! I finally started with reskinning my first app. The first problem I encounterd were these errors I get after opening the source code.
WARNING: The targetSdk version should not be declared in the android manifest file. You can move the version from the manifest to the defaultConfig in the build.gradle file.
ERROR: Failed to resolve: com.android.support:support-v4:23.1.1

ERROR: Failed to resolve: com.google.android.gms

lay-services:8.4.0
ERROR: Failed to resolve: com.google.android.gms

So at the moment I'm trying to resolve these errors so I can add admob inside the source code and upload my first app.
My advice is to take 1 course about reskinning and start directly with playing around with source codes. Because thats the only way to learn, I was taking to much time to read and trying to learn java. But if you don't make your hands dirty with the source codes, you will never learn something.
The second thing is; learn how to use photoshop! Because you need to make your own pictures, if you can manage to make some cool pictures, ppl will click much faster on a app that looks cool and has an cool logo. Sometimes you will not usefull assets to use for reskinning, so you need to change the colors by yourself.
hello
first good luck in ur journey
please will you promote your app or just set and forget ?
how much offer you want to copy per month ?
thank you
I will not promote the apps, buying installs anno 2019 doesn't work anymore. So I will try to do good ASO and just upload them on any android market there is.
You can find them for free on GitHub
or a paid option with less hassle would be apptopia or similar
You need to change the assets on the source code, pictures, names, music, but also in the code. I will post later an ASO guide, how to propperly do good ASO. And for the 100+ source codes, you can find them on github or online searching around. Sometimes its not a bad idea to just hire an developer to make an little app for you.
Reskin still working?
I suggest you develop your apps if you don't wanna learn Java or Kotlin, try to learn Flutter it's easy.
With Flutter, you can develop android & ios apps using the same code. ( like React Native ) but it's easier.
Good luck anyway.
Much peeps say it's still working but alot harder these days. I will find out if it's still working anno 2019, I have heard much about Flutter. I'm going to try to learn reskinning first and then try Flutter out. If reskinning still works out, I will use Android and IOS to make money with it.
So guys I will keep you updated, I will post after I release my first app. So stay tuned and till next week!
