My favorite would be from those free web2.0 platforms, but they are akin links from new sites, thus could be perhaps useless in the process.
Another quick way would be from blog commenting and forum links - these are a great source of traffic as well.
And, another underground method would be from FB comments - those comments on someone's blog that is linked to FB comments. It seems these are a good source of traffic and a free link as well.

While creating web 2.0 the content should be unique and informative. Also discover back links from Competitor analysis.

When people say web 2.0 they just mean websites that you can post on free or set up yourself for free. Such as your own wordpress blog, tumblr, etc

Search in Google there are various web 2.0 websites!
During creation, it is better to use the usernames in the subdomain of web 2.0 instead of taking keywords in it; a more genuine and effective approach.
Create unique content something new which is no where present over the search engines. The content is informative as well as interesting too to read. The search engine bots and users love to read new content as it automatically boost the business website visibility in search engines.
Also give social media links in the content with only 1 website link.

Safest option is to post extremely high quality post in your niche. Other websites will link to it if it is worth it.

Your best course of action would be to approach high authority sites in your niche for guest posting opporutnies and offer high quality articles. You may also think about createing great content on your own site designed to go viral and spread it on social media, causing it to go viral and generating natural links from across the internet (targeted to your niche)
