And for dropshippers!... they shouldn't have rights to hold YOUR money for 21 days. It happened no matter what for new (6 of my 7) paypal accounts. And i know about pp triggers. One account is 2 years old, i didn't checked anything on it yet.

What a fuckers. From now paypal will randomly hold your funds for 21 days even if you receive your payment outside of ebay, no matter how (via pp invoice etc)
