Yes and if you do it right you'll have less competition. Find your local language questions being asked that match the products you want to promote and write informative copy leading to your product.

The important thing is to find questions for which your clickbank product is a viable answer. If you just spam your links everywhere you'll get nowhere. I've found this technique works extremely well on Quora, but also well on Reddit or anywhere that makes it easy to rank for long tail keywords...
