It's not that easy. Maybe easier than on-site jobs but it still requires some effort and learning (unless you already created a product and are making income passively which is technically not a job)

I used WordPress mostly, but I recently learned HTML CSS JS, still learning and have a long way to go.

Just Sell it 'cause if you don't keep improving the site you won't get more income. ONLY keep it If you can dedicate the time to add more functionality, add a blog and offer more value.

Quality as in accent then there are many different accents just choose the one closest to your targeted audience's accent otherwise the popular AI tools have almost a similar pronunciation (as in quality).

I use Brave which has a built-in adblocker and if I disable it, my experience on all sites gets .. even if BHW only shows related and fewer ads. Can I continue using BHW this way or am I missing out on some functionality if I have AdBlock.

Why doesn't BHW support Google/Github or FB login? It would be more secure. And it would be easier to manage the accounts. Just asking for information.

One more suggestion: If you write many articles or blogs, you can use a software or an app (not mentioning any name or promoting any brand) that allows you to create multiple tabs or notes for each of the articles you are currently working on writing or which you want to write in the future...
