I can assure you shopify and facebook ads is not just about finding the next big product, once you do find that winning product you will need a proven system that has worked for you in the past to maintain and scale your ad sets, but you sound expirienced so I'm sure your work will do the talking.

Good luck bro I've been doing this since the start of 2018 and had some success, I've got a store doing around 300-800 a day which I'm about to scale, this requires a lot of testing and patience, you will without a doubt fail many times before you get a working formula.
