Just use a tracker with Google ads integration that passes conversions through "Import Conversions from Clicks". It will fire on Google when the conversion happens in your tracker.

Anybody else see the new appeal form? What are they up to now? And after submitted it says "We will respond within 2 weeks" lol... Just yesterday I got the old one. After I sent appeal I got this at the top of the account.

All you have to do is use a tracker with Google INTEGRATED as a traffic source and then import the conversions by clicks in the conversion setup. It works and a few trackers have this feature.
