adsense turned down my application due to too little word. should I reapply with another gmail or just add more words and resend application?

Quick questions and sorry if its been asked. Do you only take down the links that you show as example in the initial emails? Do you show the result after 48 hours? like "oh look the links down" in a follow up email. How do I make an invoice? Does paypal generate one?
