I agree with you 100%, to create tier1 with Rankerx is safe and then you boost this links with GSA it is the best option and works fine.

I agree with you, i am using webmailhostings (dot) com as hosting for my own domain, and it is really cheaper and less work :-) than create every thing by myself, I get to know it from here in Marketplace
