Yea me too, I have actually also been spamming for 1.5 years to be exact, with mass DM's that is too.
But Twitter reacted once I spammed twitter accounts that does NOT follow me.
You know at 20:th april, twitter made it available to enable to option to get DM:ed by anyone, so 2 days directly...
Bad advise -
Buying followers is better than the follow/unfollow approach. In my experience, the follow/unfollow approach is very much more likely to get you banned.
Getting mass followers in bulks in an organic fashion is key, in my experience.
No this is not a "legal action" this is just an email.
Also, the website is the same for both mails, so that is why i was confused when there different "case ids" for each mail.
A quick update on something that I just found out:
They sent me 2 mails to 2 of my gmail accounts
Also, the mails where sent 23 minutes apart.
The first one had:
Case# 15407826: Cease (websitename) Unauthorized Activity on Twitter Immediatelyand the other one had
Case# 15406913: Cease...
Yes i was also suspicious of that, but, the thing that is tangling me is when I check the headers of the mail they trace to Twitters ISP
My question is, is that possible to forge?
I am not ranked at google at all..
Could you please tell me about your past experiences?
To whom did they send these messages to? And what happened after that?
That is indeed a good point..
Hmm
Another thing: This is what was in the title:
Case# 15401933: Cease (websitename) Unauthorized Activity on Twitter Immediately
Is this legitimate? Do they usually have these titles in their mails?
