I've made pretty good experiences with selling shirts and stuff directly on the print on demand platforms in germany. It's literally just: Create your design, upload it, set a price and have like a 99% miss rate on designs. In my experience it was like 3% sell once and below 1% of the designs...

I think it get's harder each year, so better start now / scale up.

For sure... they pay good. A lot of companies didn't respond on my application and the others I had an interview with, were.... let's say not so nice.

Crytech produces good games, but is not the best employer.
