Well, Sparkasse said no, because another bank suspended your account. Not OF is the problem here. If you had gone to Sparkasse before that suspension there shouldn't have been any problem.

You shouldnt have any problems when you go to your usual hausbank like sparkasse, volksbank, commerzbank or deutsche bank. they usually dont make any problems regarding adult money. its only the online banks N26, wise etc. that will give you problems.
