I think without programmer you can't do it, as this needs some more than basic skills

I think it is due to fraud protection. On Paypal you can get money from clients on yours site but there are limits, and then you need to register company account. Always you can just post yours payment data on yours site for manual payment and integrate with yours email to get confirmations...

Newbies should also know that all yours posts from last 3 years are only Express Indexer adverts/recommendations. So it's look like you are affiliated with them.
