Have you made sure that your videos meet ad friendly requirements? Videos that have violence, nudity or are too short will not be pre-rolled with an ad. There is a whole list of requirements your account manager should be able to provide you with.

Fake traffic is good for one thing ... keeping your conversion rates down on a suspiciously high converting campaign, and traffic sources diverse. There is no legit way to really monetize it besides selling it to those who need it.
