In the description of the product does it mention it is counterfeit? If so nothing you can do about it. Although if you paid by card attached to your PP account you can call your bank and do an unauthorized charge back say you didn't auth the payment.

I do believe you're completely missing the point here, firstly it would require work to train all of the workers, if they outsource the work then you're more likely to get bad workers / lazy workers (that is a matter of fact). Why do you think so many people complain when companies outsource...
