I never had issues with Paypal holding any of my funds, but then again I do not deal with Ebay either. I think the only reason they hold funds from Ebay for 21 days is if the buyer chooses the protection option or something of the sort. I have only heard of Paypal doing that then.

Thank you for the method. I will give this a shot. At worst I will lose about 20 dollars. At best I will gain something. Edit: Still waiting for the approval process. Most likely I will know tomorrow.
