IMO I'd say it needs some kerning adjustments, font should be a bit more bold, and I'd drop the "pupils" in the gender symbols -- not feeling those.

Not a bad tip! The problem is that with writing, you really get to think more as you type. I've seen that when I just talk about a topic it can be pretty disorganized and requires me to go back and fix/reiterate things. This is especially prominent on detailed topics. This would definitely work...
