How do you register for Content ID to manage rights?

Hey everyone! How do I get my music on YouTube for YouTube shorts to use my music in their shorts? Looking to do it directly and not use a distrokid, etc.

RPMS and information range greatly across channels so that unfortunately wouldn't work

We are looking to start a company where we partner with YouTube shorts channels. They use our music in their shorts and we split the revenue 50/50 each month. Does anyone know a company where they can help with getting the YouTube content claims, tracking how much each channel makes/gets views...
