So I see these guys on YouTube explaining how they make profit in CPA marketing. Some talk about email marketing, others talk about utilizing groups. I want to ask, is it really possible for a beginner to make profit with free traffic In 2023?

I've been thinking of sending emails out to people using tools like GSA Website Contact. Is it still a good idea to try to get customers through emails in 2023? What are your thoughts and advice on this?
