i checked, there is upload API https://developers.tiktok.com/doc/content-posting-api-reference-upload-video?enter_method=left_navigation it's not how public apis work, you don't need their secrets to use api =)

It's an idea! Imagine you have a website, that accepts your original video as an input, translates audio and description, adds subtitles, and then allows you to schedule the post. Each video is for an individual account. Would you use that? All interaction with TikTok is made by their API...
