These aren't giving you backlinks. It's just hopefully to get your site indexed.

Scrapebox is a good tool but I suggest you know how you will use it before you buy it. It's kind of tricky in the beginning and you should have some idea of what you are getting before you put out the money and then just let it sit on your desktop.

Where are your sites ranking on google. If they are buried on page 10 you won't see much traffic? How much competition do your keywords have?

It depends on how much competition your keyword has, but as long as you keep the site updated and getting backlinks you should continue to see it move further up on google.

This method does work. I used it a lot before Squidoo started deleting any lens that they thought was spammy or not the topics they wanted to promote. I was getting hundreds of visitors a day to my squidoo lens using this before my lenses were deleted.

This doesn't work anymore. Donkeymails used to work well, but ezine articles now can detect when its being used for article views.
