Hi... BHW Member. ii paid someone via paypal about two weeks ago, and he never fulfill his promise for a service. first, i paid / bought something from him with small amount and seems legit. and i paid / bought with big amount and he disappeared. i wanna ask, what i should do ? will paypal...
