I'm not even talking about creating multiple accounts or circmuventing a ban. I bought a new phone with a new number from a phone provider and I was not able to create a google account on it because the phone provider gave me a recycled number.

Sometimes even this doesn't work because the "real" SIM is a recycled number that belonged to someone who linked it to multiple acccounts. I wonder if there is a way around this.
