Depends on what you're doing and how you're bringing traffic to your website. In my case, I have around 15% conversion rate on most of my pages that get traffic from google. When doing ads I have around 3-4%. You should probably optimize the audience you're targeting?

Is this picture recent? Lots of random networks close down after a year or two. Perhaps this network is outdated and no longer exists. If I were you I'd stop looking into it.

I know that this won't really help but monetizing random traffic from gifs or stolen random content didn't really work out for me on Reddit. Granted I didn't try a lot of methods though. Maybe try crackrevenue?

Basically this, for CPA to work well you need to make sure they are willing to complete offers. Why on earth would anyone fill out a survey if he/she can easily find that file someplace else. Your conversion rate would suck hard.
