The keyword (for the R&R I started this thread about) is really low competition and the first page has nearly no SEO done to it I believe (site strength is congruent across the 1st page indicating no link hiding and it's not a big search). Thanks for the feedback!

UPDATE 6: Pretty much all my rank and rents (including the PBN ones) are lurking bottom 1st page (one of them) or chilling on 2nd page solidly (3 sites are like that). If all pages floated to 1st page that'd literally be minimum $4,000/mo worth of rankings if I sold right so my trigger finger...

They are all good links, I've built networks before and all are good DA 10-25 with no spam that I ordered. I am thinking strongly of going for more local clients, but limiting beliefs + limited money are hampering me. I am working hard on my mindset and getting a job to fund myself to run FB...

Thanks! Yeah SEO takes fucking forever and in regards to the focus thing, it really takes no extra work with this many sites. I make the site, put content on it, index it, then send it pbn links every 2-3 weeks keeping track of anchors. The more in play, the better the change ONE will eventually...
