I completed the survey, but it did not register on the earn4refer site. Also the CPA network they are using would not generate enough commission to pay out $1 for every person you refer. It looks like a good scam site.
I joined this late and find that it doesn't work. It appends &referrer= onto the end of the final destination URL with the white hat site address, this results in a 404 not found error. How are you guys all getting around this? Have I missed something?
Think about it.. if there was a certain amount of backlinks that was "too much" you could simply build that many backlinks to competitors sites to get them knocked off the top spots.
In reality you can't have too many, it will not adversely effect ranking, but you need enough of the good...
