SSN's are everywhere. They require them for almost everything and you don't get a guarantee that it will be shredded or secured properly. The only thing we can do is hope for the best and hope ID theft doesn't happen to us.

Yes, I used to be a huge domainer. I have come across several "dream" domains back during my domaining days. I keep them all parked for now but i am currently trying to develop one. I do get nice offers once in awhile though for them.

I would get some close friends to start posting on your forum and then hold a contest or something to attrack other users. You could pay a team to PM the other active users at related forums and tell them the benefits of your forum and to come on over.

I've been seeing these over and over again for months. It's getting really annoying now every time I look at Flippa. I don't think the Flippa price increase helped at all.
