I don't think that warming up the accounts will be a big of a deal! You should just start by verifying your domain name, then start on pinning some quality images (related ones) with links pointing back to your website. One small tip here is that you should start increasing the number of images...

I think you didn't understand my question well enough. What I was trying to say is that many reskinners and developers including myself have been facing problems with ranking their apps. Did you face anything like this? Or everything went as smooth as usual?

Yeah, I have the same issue, I contacted them and they've said that it's a problem on their end and they're trying to fix it.

Any updates on this?
