Just because someone ask for something doesn't mean you can actually do it. The closest thing that I can think of is looking into the source code for every image that comes up but it won't tell you when the image was taken only modified

are you trying to make a website and want a website building application that you can import contacts into and use php?

do you care what language? What do you mean easy interface like reddit? Does that mean you want a GUI because scripts generally don't have GUIs
