Thats true, I was thinking that I should maybe do my own voice-overs for this channel and once it starts making some money I'll hire someone to do it for me.

Even if it is educational content, I read somewhere that it is not TTS they don't allow, but spammy/mass-produced content. If my content provides value, do you think I will still be demonetized.
