Every site has potential depending on its use, altho in your case I would say the effort/cost to reward ratio isn't really attractive

I suppose they could request for you to be taken down, although if they had uploaded it into the www in the first place and didnt secure the images it'll be hard for them to pull off a case against you

Sensationalize, or get fresh and exclusive content. Using your own pictures helps as well to an extent

One other way is to consider niches that are saturated and strike these off to narrow down your list

News, videos, articles, reviews etc but all catering to one niche.

Auto-publishing isn't much of an issue, there're some software floating around, but like somebody mentioned it won't hurt to pay some freelancers to generate some proper content for your site.

Haven't found success with fourrer, maybe its time to give other smaller sites a chance

I doubt it's a tort or going against the common law tho the person can legally request it taken down, or take a gamble with a civil suit.

Guess I'm the minority, all those tests I've done recently seem to indicate that I'm an ambivert. That said, I still slant towards either trait depending on the social situation.
