Does the proxy you're using match the location you're creating the account for? That could be the issue.. If the proxy is from China, and the account you're creating is in Germany or USA, their automated systems will detect that your locations don't match up.

Send support a new ticket threatening to leave their service if your problem is not resolved (tell them you're going to switch to YouLikeHits). Nothing drives a webmaster more crazy than thinking his users are going somewhere else! I too had trouble reaching them until I got a little bit angry...
