Yeah. Try hitting the URL's 10000 times each :) Probably will get your site banned.

I registered a US eBay seller account just a week ago even when I was from Singapore (not using a proxy). Verified using a VCC and got someone from the US to phone verify it. Currently listing one item and haven't been banned yet. :) I'd say go for it.
