I know it's possible to de index sites somehow, very blackhat. This very site was listed on ripoff report and now... no trace....

Google actually already have this - however, secretly, the login for your google account tracks everything you search and a hell of a lot of what you do! It also does bias local search, also another huge piece of spyware - Google Chrome!

Well the hosting might be in Europe and the domain registration is in China. Is there no legal action I can take against using my name or anything like that?

Nothing else can be done legal action wise? Additionally I read somewhere a while back you can unlist sites in Google if you make the site look as though it has malware or a virus?

What if someone else bought a domain name using my name and put all sorts of crap up there about me? Lies and pics etc. The domain is registered in china and the hosting is in another country and anonymous.
