So far thats what it looks like. Bots keep IGs active user base alive which FB the parent company then reports into their earnings. If you look at the big picture they need bots in a way. My 2cents.

Honestly it depends on acct age. I too have used the same script for many years and never had any issues but I noticed with new accts gives me issues. It may be a randomized by IG engineers to test it out so who knows.
I think you have to switch up from time to time. IG uses machine learning to understand patterns. For example if IG acct uses same pattern for 3weeks or 1 month then bam you are flagged.
