Good post. In my own experience, realtors are very social and enjoy face to face pitches. They're all crazy about 'social media' and 'web presence'. In my opinion (I know a lot of Realtors IRL), you're better off trying to sell this to the younger realtor crowds as opposed to the elder ones...

I'm constantly surprised at how well someone can do with just a little effort + writing CB reviews for products and using SEO on those pages. Seriously, I have a website that just publishes CB product information and posts a 'new product feed' and it makes 10-14k annually with 0 management.

DirectCPV has loads of fake traffic that it launders with a little real traffic. I've tested this several times and i'm 100% sure. I think right now they are trying to provide fake traffic and ride the company out & maximize profits until everyone realizes their traffic isn't worth the money.

+1 I agree as well. With Asp .net not only do you get a great environment to work in (Visual studio and SQL Management Studio), you also get top of the line documentation for EVERYTHING. I'm not just talking about official MSDN docs either. MS really takes care of any API/Kit they are trying to...
