The old account has just 50 followers, though I made a new post and the engagement was poor, though on a new account, I hear people be able to gain 100 followers even in a day with a fresh account. Also I plan to do everything manually and nothing is automated.

exactly! Since most of us use FB anyways, why not do it here and there whenever you go on, PLUS, it appears natural to FB and your account will never get banned.
