    To me it does sound like a penalty, as a single video taken off wouldn't cause such a problem. You have to check if there is any problems with your page like others in this topic have stated.

    I haven't heard about this, but I wouldn't count it out. It's Google after all, and they change their algorithm so often.

    Google is pretty strict about this sort of thing, so the account you used is no longer available to you. I don't know if using a new google account will work, but it's worth a try.
