Injected ads in a video works well. I use them in a streming video player and there is pretty good fill. The problem is to find SSP which agrees with this kind of advertisment if wish to have quality ads for better CPM. I use 2 or 3 SSPs for this.

I meant something else. I have a client and they have a video platform with some TV content (sport matches). Many different websites then take this player with it´s content and embed it into their website. They have 300x250 banner in the video and we help them monetise it with quality brand ads...

I use RTB as a publisher and it is great as a supplemental technology to your other systems to increase fill rate and eCPM.
