Have you considered showing up in person with a small presentation for the person in charge of the practice? Some direct contact may help boost some sales and get word of mouth rolling for you. Just my two cents.

Wp Cleanup is a cool lightweight plugin to keep around especially if the site is on a larger scale.

Just search mobile optimized site plugins and you'll come across several that will get the job done. Many of them include options to run mobile ads via adsense and other ad networks.

From my own personal experience I'd suggest All In One to everyone all day long. It's extremely user friendly, especially for noobs and definitely gets the job done.

Their theme was custom made by Uzzz and is most likely exclusive to them. If I were you, I'd either contact Uzzz for a quote on a similar theme or just check out a theme market like ThemeForest for a similar theme. Good luck.

Sorry to resurrect such an old topic, but was curious if anyone else might have some input on this topic. I just started trying to get weight loss ads approved on fb and they seem to find an issue with every single image I submit and instantly deny the campaign.
