Yep, I've been doing this since 1998 non stop! I have carpal tunnel syndrome in one arm (two numb fingers), tennis elbow AKA 'mouse' elbow in the other arm and now have cataracts in both eyes - result 50% vision! Surgery now needed on my arm and eyes. BTW all of these are repetitive strain...
